- to not abuse this service by exceeding reasonable limits, such as overloading the service with electronically generated requests, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
- to download any data you want to keep, before closing your account.
- that we may send you emails related to this service.
- that we may send you marketing emails related to other services provided by Trifort Solutions Limited. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
- that we may update the service from time-to-time in order to add, remove or change the functionality provided.
- To consider refunds within the first 14 days of your original purchase. Refunds will be given at our discretion. Refund requests must include date of purchase and email address of the purchaser.
- To make reasonable efforts to ensure that our service is available and functioning.
- To provide reasonable notice, on the website or via email, for any planned periods of outage.
3. Limitations
We offer our service 'as is', with no implied meaning that it will function precisely how you would like or that it will be compatible with your website or viewable by your clients.
We make no claims as to the performance or reliability of the service.
We may withdraw the service at any time, for any reason. If we do this we will attempt to provide 1 months' notice and will issue pro-rata refunds for any existing paid subscriptions which cannot be fulfilled.
In no event shall Trifort Solutions Limited be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services advertised on this website.
In any case, Trifort Solutions Limited's entire liability under this agreement shall not exceed the aggregate sum of all fees that the user has paid for the services.
4. Accounts, Pricing & Refunds
We reserve the right to suspend any account without notice. If we suspend an account, a refund may only be offered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change our prices or pricing structure at any time. If we do this we will honor existing pricing for subscribers for the period covered by their existing paid subscription.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Your subscription will revert to the 'free' plan once your paid subscription expires.
If you exceed your subscription limits, we reserve the right to stop our service and/or delete your data until your account is back within limits.
If your account is closed, all your data will be deleted from our system.
5. Account Deletion for Inactivity
- Inactivity Policy: To ensure optimal performance and resource allocation of our services, we reserve the right to delete user accounts and their associated data on our FREE subscription tier, if there have been no logins for a continuous period of 45-days.
- Notification: Prior to account deletion, we will attempt to notify users via the email associated with their account. This notification will serve as a reminder of the upcoming deletion due to inactivity.
- Data Deletion: Once an account is deemed inactive and is subsequently deleted, all associated data, including but not limited to personal information, usage history, and stored files, will be permanently removed from our systems. This data will not be recoverable once the deletion process is completed.
- Reactivation: Users wishing to retain their accounts must log in within the specified 45-day period to prevent their account and data from being deleted. Reactivating an account after logging in will reset the inactivity period.
- User Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to maintain the activity of their account if they wish to retain access and ensure their data is preserved. We encourage users to log in periodically to avoid unintended account deletion.
- Exceptions: Certain accounts may be exempt from this policy based on specific terms or service agreements. Users should refer to their service agreements for more details.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
